We got the tallest Christmas Tree I've ever had this year. This weekend, we finally got around to decorating it. Doobie was pretty tuckered out by the time all of the ornaments were hung.

Retro Cherries {Color Challenge}

I recently joined an amazing group on Etsy filled with tons of talented designers. There is no shortage of digital goodness where these fine artists are concerned. Once a month they host a color challenge, to get everyone's creative juices flowing and to display that talent for the world to see. So here's my first entry: Retro Cherries Printables!

There's A Mouse In The House {Birthday Parties}

Back in November, I was contacted by sweet Glenda regarding her precious Gia's 1st birthday party. She had already begun planning the best Minnie Mouse theme for her beautiful little girl. She wanted to include elements with polka dots and a damask print.

Striped Whimsy {Baby Shower}

Cindy and Keith asked me to create a unique invitation for their upcoming co-ed baby shower.  They wanted something whimsical that included some elements of their crib bedding theme.

I had never heard of a "Peek-A-Boo" shower until Cindy mentioned it, and had fun hiding that element in the main invitation.  The couple also wanted to include a "Raffle Ticket" to let the guests know about something fun in store for them.

The invitations turned out great, printed on pearlescent cardstock that added that girly touch to it all. I had lots of fun creating these special details for Cindy and Keith, and cannot wait to meet their precious little girl!

Pink for the Cause {Treasury}

I'm sure this won't be the only Treasury inspired by the color Pink.  However, it was inspired this time by October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  The Susan G. Komen Foundation is something a friend of mine fought hard to bring awareness to during her 14 month battle.  I do whatever I can to help spread the word about this outstanding organization.  I'm proud to wear pink and display it in anyway possible all year round.

Had a great time with my family celebrating my sister's birthday. She loved the birthday banner and cupcake display I created. "It's so FUN!"

We even took the little man to the park to ride his trike and play in the playground. Great day, indeed!
